Aston Villa Stun Brighton With Six Goals

Aston Villa enjoyed a remarkable 6-1 victory over Brighton Hove Albion in the Premier League on Saturday. Ollie Watkins led the charge with a hat-trick, while Leon Bailey, Danny Ings, and Emiliano Buendía also found the net.

Despite having just two shots against Brighton, Villa made the most of their opportunities. Watkins opened the scoring in the 12th minute, and Bailey doubled the lead just three minutes later. Brighton pulled one back through Neal Maupay in the 22nd minute, but Villa regained their two-goal advantage before halftime through Ings.

In the second half, Watkins added two more goals to complete his hat-trick, and Buendía sealed the victory with a goal in the 84th minute. The win moves Villa up to ninth in the Premier League standings, while Brighton remains in seventh.
